How placing an order works? 

Simply click 'Add to Cart' and proceed to Checkout. 
We ship daily to all major States and Territories in Australia, with the exception of Front Windscreens.

For pickup orders, kindly specify the desired pickup location in the 'Add delivery instructions' section during checkout.

Once your order is received, we'll swiftly process it and reach out to you (via email or phone) with the order pick number and address.

 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We offer various convenient payment options, including Direct Deposit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa. 
Choose the method that suits you best during checkout.

 

Do you freight Front Windscreens? 

Apologies, but we do not ship front windscreens since they are laminated. 
They are exclusively available for pickup at any of our multiple locations across Australia.

Pick up may also be available at the following locations (stock confirmation is required):

When placing your order, please specify your preferred pickup location for the glass under "Add delivery instructions" during checkout. 

Once payment is processed, we'll promptly provide you with an order number and the pickup address.

 

Can I pay on pick up at one of your locations? 

Payment must be made through our head office before pickup arrangements can be finalized for you. 
Once payment has been successfully processed, we'll promptly provide you with an order number and the pickup address.


Do you pack the Windscreens? 

The glass will be provided without a box. 
Most customers choose to transport it by wrapping it in a blanket and placing it on the back seat or in the boot of their vehicle. 
However, if you prefer a box for added protection during transportation, cartons specifically designed for glass are available for an additional $50.


Do you ship internationally? 

We do not offer international shipping services. However, if you prefer, you can arrange your own courier for the shipment.

For international shipments, we provide export crate and packing services for the glass at an additional cost of $100. 
The dimensions of the crate are 2000mm x 1100mm x 450mm, with a weight ranging from 40 to 60 kilograms. (ESTIMATE ONLY)

Pickup location for the glass is at 33 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains, Brisbane QLD 4108, Australia.


Do you send to P.O. Boxes? 

Our couriers do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes. 
However, in some very small towns, they may accept deliveries addressed to the local post office for pickup.


How long does delivery take? 

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro areas. 
However, it may take longer for other areas.
