At Autoglass Warehouse, we value family time and have adjusted our operating hours accordingly.
We're open from Mondays to Fridays, providing our services from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
However, please note that we are closed on Saturdays since March 2019.
This change allows us to prioritize spending quality time with our three kids.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you during our regular business hours.
Can you come to me and fix my glass?
We only do glass fitting at our workshop at Coopers Plains.
Just drive into one of our four fitting bays, and one of our licensed technicians will take care of servicing your car.
While we'll do our best to attend to you promptly, please be aware that there might be a wait time depending on our current workload.
If you prefer a guaranteed slot, feel free to give us a call or send us a message to book in advance.
We're here to ensure your vehicle gets the attention it needs efficiently.
For other areas, we use separate contractors AUS Wide.

Firstly, we carefully assess the condition of your windscreen to determine if replacement is necessary. If so, we identify the appropriate model from our inventory and initiate the installation process.
Secondly, our skilled technicians remove your old windscreen and dispose of it properly. Using state-of-the-art primers and adhesives, we securely install your new windshield, ensuring a safe and reliable fit.
Finally, we meticulously clean the new windscreen, removing any debris or remnants from the previous one. Our goal is to leave your vehicle with a pristine, crystal-clear windshield, ready to provide you with optimal visibility and safety on the road.
Can I make an Insurance claim?
At Autoglass Warehouse, we strive to make the replacement process as convenient as possible for our customers.
We work with many major insurance companies, allowing us to handle your insurance claim seamlessly.
When you require a replacement, simply provide us the following information:
- Claim Number,
- Policy Number,
- Vehicle Registration Number,
- the name of your Insurance Company.
With these information, we'll take care of the rest, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
How long will it take?
At Autoglass Warehouse, we understand the value of your time. That's why we've streamlined our replacement processes to be quick and efficient:
- Windshield replacement typically takes just 1 hour or less. However, for your safety, we require waiting for an additional 1-hour drying period after installation before driving away.
- Door glass replacement is completed in approximately 45 minutes, while rear screen replacement may take around 1.5 hours.
- If you opt for stone chip repair or flat glass mirror replacement, you'll be pleased to know that it can typically be done in just 20-30 minutes.
Our priority is to provide fast and friendly service, ensuring that you're back on the road in very little time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Will I be required to wait alongside my vehicle during the process?
You're welcome to relax in our waiting area while our skilled technicians work on your vehicle.
If you prefer to step out, there's a convenient coffee shop just down the road where you can enjoy a beverage while you wait.
We aim to make your experience as comfortable and convenient as possible, so feel free to choose the option that suits you best.
How do I know if the chip can be fixed?
To assess whether a chip can be repaired or if a windshield replacement is necessary, we use a general guideline: the chip should ideally be smaller than a $2 coin. If the damage has extended beyond this size and caused cracking, it typically indicates the need for a windshield replacement.
