THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FREIGHT/SHIPPING COSTS
At the checkout page, FREIGHT COSTS ARE ESTIMATED.
If additional fees are required due to your location, we will contact you via email, phone, or SMS before processing your order.
Standard shipping fees apply as follows:
- $110 for rear screens and large side glasses
- $60 for door glasses and medium-sized glass/items
- $30 for small glasses, rear-view mirrors, mirrors with backing plates, truck flat glass mirrors, rubbers/moulds, window regulators
- Standard size flat glass mirrors qualify for free freight.
The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for deliveries is typically 3 to 5 business days.
However, depending on your location, it may take longer than 5 days.
Please note that once the order has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over the delivery process.
You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking details.
LARGE GLASSES
At times, large glasses may require special packaging in a carton, which incurs an additional fee of $50.
This is necessary due to the weight and shape of the glass, as they cannot be flat packed.
LOW STOCK ITEMS
If a part/SKU indicates 'CALL FOR STOCK' or 'LOW/LIMITED STOCK', it means that the glass may only be available in certain locations.

If a stock transfer between states is necessary, an additional charge will be applied.
WINDSCREENS
WE DO NOT OFFER FREIGHT OR DELIVERY SERVICES FOR FRONT WINDSCREENS, as they are laminated.
Front windscreens are only available for pick up at select locations across Australia.
FREIGHT ON WRONG GLASS:
If our team mistakenly sends you the wrong goods, we will arrange for the incorrect glass to be returned and promptly send you the correct one at no additional cost.
However, if you ordered the wrong glass, it is your responsibility to return the item to us for a refund.

Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the freight costs associated with sending out the correct glass, if necessary.
