Great product and seamless service

I purchased from Autoglasswarehouse for the first time a couple of days ago and I am very impressed with the ease of the process required to purchase the rear windscreen for my car. I found their website very easy to use and the fact that the price of the glass was displayed is great, some companies require an email to send a quote which is too much messing around. Once I paid for the glass, a representative called me to confirm my purchase and an email was sent to me with all of the details I needed with the order number and pickup location. I have already installed the glass and it looks great. There are 2 things I would suggest to improve their service, 1. Make the address of the warehouse where the pickup is from available on the website, suburbs are given which is okay but a street name would be better, 2. The other thing they could do is make the sealant available from their pickup locations. The sealant is a special product especially for windscreen installation, why not have that available at the same place the glass can be picked up from? The reality is the sealant is required. It’s unusual when you think about it, 1000’s of different types of auto glass required and available, only 1 type of sealant required but not available at the same place? I am happy to and will be recommending Autoglasswarehouse to anyone I speak to about my car based on my experience. Thanks for making it easy for a guy that isn’t in the auto glass trade
